EXCHANGE / RETURN FORM

We hope you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return all purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt. Please note that only goods in their original condition, unworn, not damaged and in their original packaging can be returned. Personalised items cannot be returned.

STEP 1

Using the enclosed exchange/return form, indicate which items you wish to return and why.

STEP 2

Place the exchange/return form in the original packaging with the items you wish to return.

STEP 3

Once we receive the package, we will acknowledge receipt, all approved exchanges/returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and method of payment as for the original purchase).
