Shipping is carried out by our logistics partner SWISS POST. All deliveries sent by candyjewels.ch are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery, the insurance coverage expires. Use our alternative delivery address service and have your order conveniently delivered to your workplace, for example. Please note that the billing and delivery address must be within the same country for order processing. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 CET (except public holidays). Goods are ready for dispatch no later than one working day after receipt of payment. Please note that for legal reasons (customs clearance) we have to state the value of the items for deliveries within the EU. Unfortunately, this also applies to gift shipments.
UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us as the sender and will then be automatically credited by our returns department. If you have already paid the invoice amount, we will arrange for the credit amount to be reversed accordingly. If you have purchased on account, your customer account will be balanced accordingly.

Enter your card details on our payment page. Candyjewels.ch uses state-of-the-art security server software with SSL encryption to protect your card details from interception and tampering during transmission. The order amount is held as a payment reservation on your card until the order is either shipped (at which point the amount is posted) or the order is cancelled (at which point the amount is released). The system checks whether the credit card or debit card participates in the 3-D security programmes Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. These are security procedures developed specifically for these types of cards that check whether the legitimate cardholder and the legitimate online merchant are actually participating in a transaction. If a credit card holder is registered for the 3-D Secure procedure via one of the registration methods, an additional query screen opens after the card data has been entered. This screen is connected to your bank and asks you to enter the "Secure Code" (a password chosen by you). The transaction will only be carried out with the correct password. If your credit card is not registered for any of these procedures, the payment will be carried out without further authentication. For all payments by credit card or debit card: credits from returns will always be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.
Purchase by invoice with (POWERPAY) MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "Purchase by invoice" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice you can simply pay your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions in addition to our GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
Select "PayPal" in the order step "Payment method". You will be automatically redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can open one and then confirm the payment. Credit notes from returns are always credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
With TWINT, Switzerland's payment app, you can pay conveniently and securely with your smartphone. TWINT makes it easy for you to pay at the checkout in the online shop or when shopping in the shop - digitally and cashless.
Enter the voucher code in the "Voucher code" field in the last step of the order process. Don't forget to confirm the entry by clicking on "the arrow". The voucher amount will then be added to the total amount in the shopping basket. If the order value exceeds the value of the gift voucher, then select the payment method you would like to use to pay the remaining amount. If the value of the gift voucher is higher than the order value, you can use the same code again for your next purchase. You can redeem your discount code in the last step of the checkout process. Before you complete your purchase, you will see a summary of your order. There you will also see a field for vouchers and discount codes where you can enter your discount code. If the voucher conditions are met, the discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order. candyjewels.ch reserves the right to block the gift voucher/discount code if it is misused.
