The 2-year warranty period begins at the time of delivery. The guarantee covers material defects and processing faults. Improper handling, consumables and wear parts, batteries, etc. are excluded from the guarantee. Further reasons for exclusion are damage caused by the elements, moisture damage, impact or fall damage, natural wear and tear, incorrect manipulation and damage caused by external influences.
The guarantee is only valid with proof of purchase. The right to rectification (repair) or replacement (replacement delivery) applies, provided there are no reasons for exclusion. The customer shall not be entitled to claim damages, a free replacement product or compensation for turnover. The defective product or the replaced parts shall become the property of CANDY.
If an item is found not to be defective or not to be covered by the warranty, it shall be returned at the expense and risk of the customer. Furthermore, a handling charge may be levied. Articles that are sent unsolicited and without consultation may also be returned. A handling fee may be charged.
