We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 CET (except public holidays). The goods are ready for shipment no later than one business day after receipt of payment.

When wearing and cleaning your jewellery, keep a few things in mind so that you can enjoy it for a long time. Always apply perfume, hairspray, lotion etc. first and wait a few minutes before putting on your jewellery. Be sure to take your jewellery off before bathing, washing your hands, etc. and avoid bumping it on hard objects, which could scratch it and cause other damage. When you are not wearing your jewellery, it is best to store it away from sunlight, moisture and heat. Store it in a box or our jewellery pouch. Each piece of jewellery has an anti-tarnish coating. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to remove sweat, fine dirt particles, light discolouration and oxidation. 
Our jewellery is best cleaned with lukewarm water, a small amount of mild soap and a soft brush (too hard a brush or too much friction can damage the surface). It is especially important to clean gold-plated jewellery very gently, otherwise the gold-plating will fade over time. For cleaning sterling silver jewellery without gold plating or rhodium plating, you can also use a silver polishing cloth or a silver bath to make your jewellery shine again.
